Handle Anything Chuck System for Closed-End Projects

This system lets you turn a closed end for virtually any project, like bottle stoppers, tools, kitchen utensils, and more. Includes threaded rods with Standard Pen Mandrel shafts so any Bushing can be used to size turning to the correct diameter. It can be expanded to create closed-end pen kits, key chains, seam rippers, custom twist caps, and more with Threaded Plugs and extra Long Madrel Rods (#PKTC06 & #XPKM-ELC) . It includes two threaded shafts for various bottle stoppers and handles projects and Bushings to fit numerous projects. It threads onto any 1in. x 8tpi headstock, secures the shafts with a collet, and slides into the headstock chuck and bushings at a variable length as needed for your project. • The Handle Anything Chuck System enables you to turn a closed-end handle for many woodturning projects like bottle stoppers, bottle openers, tools, kitchen utensils and gadgets, and lots more. Reading the included Instructions is recommended.
• Collet chuck base (PKHA01) is pre-threaded at 1″ x 8tpi to mount on your lathe’s headstock spindle; Chuck can also be mounted on a different spindle thread by using a correct adapter. Flats on the collet nut accept 7/8″ wrenches (not included) for tightening and loosening.
• Includes (2) 7mm threaded mandrel shafts measuring 3/8″ x 16tpi (PKHA02) and 1/2″ x 13tpi (PKHA03); Threaded section of each shaft is 1/2″ long; Total length of each shaft is 4″; Shaft slides into the headstock chuck at a variable length as needed for your project and is secured by the collet.
• Includes (2) Stepped Bushings so you have four size guides to work with depending on the outer diameter of your project; Bottle Stopper Bushing (PKHA04) is .800″ diameter on one end and .959″ on the other; The Handle Bushing (PKHA05) is .745″ diameter on one end and 1.025″ on the other
